This time he began a conversation about wanting to play the drums (I'm sure biggest brother had "no" influence). BUT he tired to make a deal:
If we get him some drums, he'll quit sucking his thumb.
I suppose it is easier to hold your sticks if both hands are free.
The Daddy is (again) looking for an electric drum set (so if you have one you aren't using . . .I'm ready with my earplugs).
Josiah came in while I was dressing the other morning. It may be just about time for him to stay out. He looked over intently at me while I was putting on certain underthings and told me sincerely, "I like your boningas."
I said, "Thank you." What else was I supposed to say?
Then he patted his chest and mildly declared, "I don't have boningas."
Then the conversation turned to belly buttons. Thank goodness.
And we know how good he is at making things up.
Like the "Spiderman Cheese" HE just had for supper. (We thought we were all eating chicken - NO cheese).
While I'm on a role . . .
Jacob asked me one day if I had a gate. It took me a while to figure this one out.
So, the conclusions was "Yes, Mama's have gates." (it has to do with babies - no we aren't having one - yes I know this is not factual information but I also told him that the stork brought the puppies - He's 4, I have time to fix this).
Ava stopped by to read - she has deemed this post "Nice."
Good night!
What lovely children you have and thank you for sharing them here. love you all bunches
